Pharmacy Reserves pays its pharmacists and pharmacy technicians on a weekly basis. All we require is that weekly time sheets are submitted by the proper deadline. We can pay you either by check, or by direct deposit.

Professional liability insurance
Pharmacy Reserves covers all of its pharmacy employees with $1 million per/$3 million aggregate professional liability (malpractice) insurance policies. We do not require that pharmacy employees provide their own coverage, but suggest that it never hurts to supplement our coverage with the very affordable personal coverage available.

Travel expenses associated with assignment?
For long-term travel assignments, especially those involving air or bus, expenses are usually booked and paid by Pharmacy Reserves. All personal transportation used to get to destination is paid for in form of mileage and additional reimbursement of associated travel cost.

Time commitment necessary to give?
That’s your call. Let us know the length and types of assignments that you're interested in, and we will contact you with assignments matching your availability. The more flexible you are, the greater the variety of assignments we can offer you.

Specific number of hours or days?
All of the travel jobs that we have available are contingent on client demand and the availability profile you give us. Remember, the broader the availability profile you give us, the more opportunities we will have for you.

Why Pharmacy Reserves?
We are a national healthcare-staffing firm dedicated solely to Pharmacy staffing. We’ve been a nationwide provider of staffing solutions since 1996, working with Pharmacy professionals every step of the way to meet their career goals. Most important, we're committed to offering you the best benefit of all: control over your own career.

Am I an employee or independent contractor?
All Pharmacy Reserves pharmacy professionals are employees. That means we handle things like payroll tax withholding, worker's compensation insurance, professional licensure and social security contributions. By working with our professionals as employees, we also have the ability to provide health insurance and 401(k), as well as many other benefits.

Who do I work for you or for the pharmacy?
For us, in all work settings that we arrange, you are an employee and representative of Pharmacy Reserves. We handle all personnel issues and payroll matters through our main office.

Our Commitment To You
Our goal is to build a long-term relationship with our pharmacists and provide quality care through excellence in our services.
