The Role of the Recruitment Agent
PHARMACY RESERVES, a division of Medsearch Staffing Services is a national pharmacy recruitment and staffing firm based in Cleveland, Ohio. Since we believe that the personal touch is necessary when working with clients and candidates, we are developing a national support team of pharmacists to suppport our recruitment efforts coast to coast.
As a member of our recruitment team, we need your assistance to arrange face to face interviews and gather appropriate credentialing paperwork. These pharmacy professionals will perform relief and contract staffing both in local hospitals and retail operations in their "backyard" as well as opportunities nationally.
We offer you hourly pay, field expenses, plus staffing bonus incentives along with a flexible schedule that you can fit around your personal and professional lifestyle. We are only selecting individuals who have good people and organizational skills.
Typical week is 10-15 hours for candidate and client contact.
